Interest Form

Interested campers and caregivers: Thank you for your interest in Steve’s Camp. Please be sure to read our Eligibility & Application Process and FAQs before completing and submitting your interest form.  Once you start the interest form, you must complete it. Unfortunately, you cannot save a partially completed form and return to it later.

Note: This interest form is not an application for camp.  If there is space in your requested session, your child will be invited to apply to camp using a separate form which asks additional information.
